Pelletizing is the most widely used process for the size reduction of many thermoplastic materials, including raw polymers and mixed compounds. Zoom-L Series Strand Pelletizer can produce 2100kg/hr (4630lbs/hr).
Independent pelletizing chamber, automatic locking: When the pelletizer is running, the cylinder automatically locks the pelletizing chamber; only when the cutting rotor and the upper pressure roller stop rotating completely, the cylinder automatically unlocks and the pelletizing chamber can be opened. This can effectively ensure the safety of operators and fast product switching.
Various material options for rubber rollers: Polyurethane rubber rollers are suitable for ordinary materials, with a temperature resistance of 120°C and average wear resistance; special white custom rubber rollers are suitable for glass fiber-containing materials, with a temperature resistance of 170°C and excellent wear resistance. The rubber rollers can be customized according to the suitable size of the customer’s machine.
Effective wear-resistant coating: The material strip inlet adopts a special wear-resistant coating, which can effectively extend the service life of the machine
Integrated panel for easy operation: An independent emergency switch button is used; the material feeding speed can be directly adjusted through the control panel, and the current status of the inverter can be observed on the display, which is simple and convenient to operate.
Double-bearing stable design: The two rollers and the cutting rotor are supported by double bearings, which makes the structure more stable. The cutting gap can be adjusted to 0.02-0.03mm, which ensures the quality of particles, saves motor energy consumption, and prolongs the service life.
Various types of cutting rotor: Different types or cutting rotor, such as different materials, number of teeth, and tooth shapes, to suit customers’ application conditions, optimize the pelletizing effect and extend the service life of the machine.
